The support all strategic leaders need, to maximize effectiveness and ensure their own wellbeing, with a coach who fully understands the challenges of the role. Sessions are delivered flexibly, as required, and can be planned in or as a challenge develops. They may be a single hour as ongoing support or a 2 or 3-hour block when a significant issue occurs.
This will support difficult decision making and improve your wellbeing.

An initial assessment meeting of up to 90 minutes is charged at £50 (this may then be included in a block as charged below)

Ongoing support is charged at £50 per hour

Support and guidance offered is based on a real understanding and experience of the processes and a desire to support others facing these challenges.

Charges can be reduced by negotiation and it may be possible for your employer to meet some or all of the cost or for support to be tax deductible. Please contact our lead consultant to discuss if you feel you need the support but cost may be an issue.
